Mukha Abhyanga & Face Marma Therapy

Blány was drawn to Mukha Abhyanga and Face Marma Therapy through Ayurveda’s ancient wisdom, inspired by the modern desire to age gracefully while nurturing natural beauty and inner calm. Her own experience revealed how deeply soothing and restorative this treatment can be—not only for the skin but for the whole being.

Mukha Abhyanga is an ideal way to feel grounded, radiant, and more connected—inside and out. 🤍

  • Available Saturdays in the Clinic 💕

Blány offers this therapy as a gentle yet powerful support for anyone seeking balance—especially valuable in pre- and postnatal stages. The calming touch and tailored oils help promote restful sleep, regulate emotional fluctuations, and soothe an overstimulated nervous system. Each treatment is adapted to individual doshas, allowing deep nourishment for both body and mind.

Often referred to as Ayurveda’s natural facelift, this facial massage lifts and tones the face, reduces puffiness and dark circles, improves skin texture, and stimulates lymphatic drainage. But its benefits reach far beyond the surface.
