Elaine Barry
ABOUT ELAINE
Elaine has been Chartered Physiotherapist since qualifying from UCD in 2001 and completing her Masters in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from University College London.
Elaine then went on to work in the private sector, in sports and general musculoskeletal health before specialising in Pelvic Health in 2013 when she joined Milltown Physiotherapy.

ABOUT EMMA
Emma is an experienced Physiotherapist with a keen interest in pre & postnatal health, and cancer care.
Emma welcomes patients to her Clinic on Thursday evenings and we are thrilled to have her as an addition to the Elaine Barry Physio team.

Clíona Kissane
ABOUT CLÍONA
Clíona is a comprehensively trained pilates teacher with BASI Pilates and has a background in neuromuscular therapy.
Holding both Reformer only, and Mixed Equipment 1:1 Pilates classes in our studio she is committed to helping her clients gain the core strength and flexibility needed to complement their everyday lives. -
Blány Henderson
ABOUT BLÁNY
Blány offers a variety of Yoga classes for our clients in the studio suitable for all levels. On Saturday she offers Ayurvedic Facial massage, which is not to be missed!
She has been developing her skill and focus as a Teacher since 2016 and brings to her classes a determination to empowering clients to enhance their overall health in mind, body and spirit. -

ABOUT MOVE WITH MILLIE
Calling all new mums! If you’re wondering where to start in reconnecting with your body on this postpartum journey then this 6 week course is for you.
In this class, we will work on breathing, pelvic floor engagement, deep core connection, posture & alignment as we strengthen the body through essential movement patterns.
