About Millie

Hello, I’m Millie and I’m very fortunate to say I absolutely love my job! I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 8 years and offer a friendly, supportive and encouraging environment for people to train in. The biggest reward for me is working with my clients to become stronger and more confident through exercise and seeing how that positively affects their everyday lives.

As a coach , I specialise in pre and post natal fitness. After becoming a mother for the first time in 2019, I felt completely lost about my own recovery and made it my mission to support other women in their ante/post natal care. I’m also a professional contemporary dancer and this influences my coaching by giving me a keen eye for technique, mobility and improving people's movement overall.
